I start with the whole picture before the details. How does work move through your business, where does it get stuck, what do you keep doing by hand? I draw it out, often on paper, so we're both looking at the same thing.
Then I change one thing at a time. Try it, see what happens, adjust. Small steps you can watch beat a big project you have to trust.
And I'll tell you what I actually think, including when the answer is "you don't need new technology for this."
We sit down and I learn how your business actually runs: what you track, what slips, what you wish you didn't have to do. Mostly I listen and take notes.
Before you commit to anything, I show you a small working example of what better could look like, plus a plain plan with costs.
We do the work in small steps you can see. Afterwards I stay on call, monthly, so it keeps working as your business changes.
I'm Jeff Bridwell. I spent 25 years as an enterprise architect and engineering leader, running organizations of 100+ people at Staples and CVS Health. I know what good technology feels like when it works, and what it costs when it doesn't.
Now I live in Roslindale and work with a few local businesses at a time. I also design gardens with my neighbors, and I build my own small AI team, which is where the name Chorus comes from.
